Designation: Trainee Service Engineer
1 Job Description: Service/Marketing of Automatic Voltage Controllers in their area.
2 Desired Profile: Diploma holders in electrical interested in servicing/marketing
3 Financial Benefits: Candidates will get financial support @10000/- p.m.(Rs.8000+Rs.2000 towards their field expenses, mobile charges & Reporting) After Training period candidates will get Rs.15000/-p.m. Plus incentives of Rs.2000

After Recruitment:

  • Candidates will undergo training at Solapur for 6 months.
  • They will manage their boarding & lodging themselves
  • They will work in workshop in manufacturing/testing of AVC. This will help them to gain good knowledge and confidence to face the problems of the customers.
  • During this training period they will assist to senior service engineers for servicing and Marketing.

After Training:

  • After the successful completion of training, if they see bright future in this line, they will be continue in job
  • They will visit the existing customers to take feedback from them about the advantages after installation of AVC which will increase their reference base and confidence
  • They will meet customers/electrical dealers of his area and to introduce them about AVC and the advantages customer will have after installing AVC.
  • Out of the dealers visited few will be interested to market AVC. He will visit these dealers on regular basis to train/educate them, their staff and the customers who visit at dealers place.
  • They will solve and clarify the customer queries after discussing with the head office.
